Cancellation Policy

  • Unless you are contacted by us, the event will be held

  • 80% refund with at least 30 days prior notice

  • 100% transfer to another date

  • If you cancel forty-eight (48) hours or less prior to an event, you will receive no refund or transfer

  • If you don't show up -- even if you contact us within the 48 hours -- there will be no refund or transfer

  • If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or transfer

  • We paddle and fish rain or shine - some of the best trips/courses are in the rain

  • Any weather cancellations are made the morning of the program by the guide/instructor

  • Your safety is our first priority in any of our decisions
